About KCF
Cranbrook had a need and good thing God had a plan! What began with a vision and seven people in a living room soon ballooned to forty people pouring their hearts, time, and lives into a new church for Cranbrook, somewhere that is Real, Relaxed, and Relevant. A place where people could connect with God without getting bogged down by religion. A church for those who aren’t into church.
After three building moves and tripling in size within a year KCF moved to it’s current location on 7th Avenue. Major renovations turned this former box store into a contemporary hangout for those who want answers to life’s questions.
KCF is an alternative to the pew-sitting, hymn singing, stand up- sit down services offered by other churches. We prefer chair-chilling, rock blaring, stand-up, sit-down or turn yourself around because we recongnize that’s NOT what it’s all about.
One of the catch phrases often used at KCF is that love is choosing for another’s highest good and it is KCF’s love of God and the people of Cranbrook that propels them to be such a strong volunteer driven church.
